Development
PacVentures is a hands-on development company that becomes actively involved in adding value to the properties it acquires. The firms principals have an extensive background and knowledge of how to entitle, rehabilitate, reposition and improve acquired properties in order to maximize property value.
Leasing
An additional component of PacVentures value added strategy, evidenced in many of the firms historical deals, is the leasing of vacant space. In many cases, a propertys value has been substantially increased by identifying qualified tenants and negotiating and executing accretive leases.
Financing
A consistent and extensive record of success has enabled PacVentures to develop long standing and productive relationships with a number of banks and lending institutions which provide financing for commercial real estate acquisition and development. PacVentures will continue to use those relationships to successfully leverage future acquisitions for the benefit of its investors.
